Okay, I probably shouldn’t boast. I mean, there are webcomics out there that have been around for many, many years. And they’ve added all kinds of bells and whistles over time. Plus they’re constantly updating their blog and building up their content to maximize entertainment value. All I’ve done is upload new toons every Tuesday and Thursday. I haven’t bothered to create a much promised forum or placed anything up for sale in the MM store. I should be ashamed, but, well, I’m not. Nope. I’m just excited about passing the one year mark. Wah-HOO! Yippie! Huzzah! Wowwee Woo! (You can’t see it, but I’m doing back flips, passing out cigars, slapping backs, doing the wave, giving high-fives, and swinging from chandeliers.)
Congratulations on the one year mark Mark!
Thanks, buddy. Feels good.
Well done Looking forward to the next year
Congratulations Mark and all your two dimensional friends! We love your funny critters and that nice Ranger Todd. It would be lovely if he could come to Bernard and speak at the Sons of Seamen Ladies Auxillary Wednesday Afternoon Punch and Pedagogy some time. Lord knows what might happen if the bear should follow him, you know about Rose’s punch. Here’s to many many years to come!
Aw, gee, thanks, Mrs. Trout. Sorry to hear about Mr. Fluffypants and the big kerfuffle, what with the Lazy Boy burning up and all. Hope Mr. Trout is feeling better.
HEY READERS: I’m a big fan of the Rose and Trout podcasts and I recommend it highly. If you’re a fan of Maine humor in the tradition of the great Joe Pernam, you better give it a listen…NOW!

I think I’ve been reading this strip for almost as long as it’s been on the web! The fact that you’ve made it past the one year hump, I hope means a nice long life for Moose Mountain! My reading experience would be less w/o it for sure! Congrats!!!
Thanks, Jynksie! You’re a good man. How long have you been doing “How Sweet It Is”?
Congrats! I’ve only been reading for a few months but enjoying it so far!
I passed the 1 year mark back in May of this year, so I’m only a few months older than yours! I think you and I are of the same mindset when it comes to our comics though, I’m mainly into it for the enjoyment and the enjoyment others may get from it.
Congratulations! I had a dear friend from Maine, and everytime I read the Maine accent in your strip I think of him and smile. I love the strip, keep up the good work!
Thanks, zenmom! Hey, we celebrate two years in July.
